About the Recipe
This is my hands-down favorite discard recipe! Only a couple of ingredients and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 cup sourdough discard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Everything Bagel seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.
Melt butter and combine with sourdough discard, olive oil, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and using a silicon spatula, spread the mixture as thin as possible. The thinner the spread, the crispier the cracker. Top with Everything Bagel seasoning to your liking.
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven to score using a pizza cutter. Place back in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
